Thank you for your interest in working with the Tournament of Roses. Please see below for a list of requirements, which all businesses must meet in order to qualify as a vendor.
i. A valid business license from the city in which your business is located and the ability to operate legally in the City of Pasadena.
ii. If a caterer, maintain a valid health permit in the city of your business/kitchen, ability to legally cater in the City of Pasadena and maintain Liquor Liability Insurance if providing and/or serving alcohol.
iii. Vendor must be an Equal Opportunity Employer and must agree to not discriminate against any employees or applicants for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, ancestry, national origin, or physical handicap in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
iv. If insurance is required for your services you may need to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Worker’s Compensation insurance with a minimum limit of One Million Dollars.
- Comprehensive General Liability insurance with a minimum combined single limit of One Million Dollars each occurrence.
- Comprehensive Automobile Liability insurance with a combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of not less than One Million Dollars each occurrence.
- Commercial Umbrella insurance for coverage not less than One Million Dollars each.
