Post Parade area vehicle access passes and Floatfest tickets

Post Parade residents,

We want to apologize for the frustration and confusion caused by the recent changes to the tickets and access passes provided by the Tournament of Roses to residents living in the Floatfest area.

We have heard your concerns and want to communicate two adjustments that we’ve made immediately, as well as reiterate information about access passes.

  1. First, we have increased the number of complimentary digital tickets from 4 to 8. If you’ve already redeemed your tickets, we invite you to return to the site and collect an additional 4 tickets. If you have not yet redeemed your digital tickets, you will be able to get a total of 8.

  2. Your complimentary tickets are good for either day – January 1 or 2.

  3. While we initially only mailed two access passes to each resident, we want to reiterate that additional access passes are available to residents and can be picked up at the Wrigley Mansion, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You may also pick up additional passes on December 31, in front of the auditorium at Pasadena High School. As residents of Pasadena and, more importantly, the Floatfest area, we know that you are significantly impacted by this event. We appreciate your patience as we address security and crowd related issues, in an effort to keep both the residents and our guests safe during this New Year celebration.
